At ENVY, we want you to feel confident in your beauty routine; if a product isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original box, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
